A Note From Cousin

A note from cousin:
Life is too short to stay in misery. Learn to let go of your feelings ... at the end of our lives, we have to let go of our body too even if we don't want to. No happiness can come from clinging or grasping or holding on tightly to something or somebody. That's because nothing in life is permanent.

You cannot change others, you can only change yourself. Once you have expectations, there is always opportunity to be disappointed. The decision is yours, you don't have to play any games. There isn't any rule to say that you have to play the game. Are you the torchbearer of your destiny? At this moment, you are not. I know it is not easy but you have to try.
Almost weeks I was moody and thinking a lot of "nonsense", I think I might know the reasons, may be life is really too short and uncertainty, too many things I not feeling to let go, but in fact I have to, and because of these make me unhappy.
This peaceful morning feel so lucky can read this note from cousin. Life is just like a course for us learn to Let Go, those happiness and unhappiness are just the examination of us. The most happiness we can get when the most things we able to let go, and conversely. However, our final examination results will only be known at the day we gone. So, we must love ourselves.
Sunshine is always there for us, why we always want stay under the cloudy day?
Wishing everyone have a nice day.(^-^)
Sadhu Sadhu Sadhu.
